Dial Corporation: Coast Soap: National Brand Website Design

Media Architects sure had fun with this website!

Dial Corporation (Now Henkel) engaged Media Architects to help them concept and design two really cool national brand websites to promote Coast Soap and Pure & Natural soap products which are have been successful brands for them over the years.

We were honored to help them and immediately set out designing comps for the Dial marketing team. After presenting to Dial our concepts the final design (that paid homage to surfing magazines) was chosen and developed.

The site included a Coast Soap “Flip Book” that would allow visitors to scroll through the pages of the magazine to see the various Coast Soap body wash products. The site also included up to date surf reports from around the world and an animated crab and wave sound effects that could be turned on or off by the visitor. It was one of Dial’s most innovative websites in their portfolio.
