Alpine Home Realty, based in Minnesota, approached Media Architects to write, produce and direct it’s first television commercial–As was its parent company American Home Realty located here in Phoenix, Arizona two similar commercials were created with different open and close logos but with much of the same content.
After some discovery with the clients we decided how to best approach the shoot and this beautiful location was scouted and chosen for the shoot.
The shoot incorporated paid actors from local agencies which were secured through several casting sessions also orchestrated by Media Architects.
Besides all of the scripting, storyboards, production and direction Media Architects also handled the creation of the musical jingle for the client as well as the 3D animated logo for bot television ads.
All of the media buying for the client for both Arizona and Minnesota markets was handled by Media Architects as well. The ad campaign was huge success and sales continued to grow after the campaign was over.
